The safety and security of our guests and staff remains our highest priority. We are doing everything we can to ensure we provide a safe stay with maximum booking flexibility as the situation around coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to change and evolve.

Greater Flexibility for New and Existing Reservations 

For all new and existing reservations, The Grove on Russell has introduced a more flexible cancellation policy allowing customers to change or cancel bookings at no charge, if their circumstances change due to COVID-19 restrictions.

 

Health and Hygiene 

The Grove on Russell has introduced the following improved cleaning protocols to ensure guests enjoy an even cleaner stay.

  • Extra disinfection of high touch areas in guest rooms including light switches and door handles

  • Increased cleaning frequency of common areas 

  • Guest-accessible disinfectant and alcohol hand sanitiser

  • Contactless online booking, payment and check-in system

  • Enhanced staff safety and well-being with personal protective equipment and enhanced cleaning protocols

 

What to Expect During Your Stay

As you know, the way we travel looks a little different right now, so we wanted to ensure you had the latest list of what to keep in mind when staying at the Grove on Russell.

Social Distancing

Social Distancing continues to be a recommended or required practice in public settings. During your stay, please be mindful of other guests and staff Members and maintain the suggested six feet of distance.

 

For all guests and visitors to the Grove on Russell we ask that you do not travel to our premises if you answer Yes to any of the following:

  • Are you feeling unwell with symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough or shortness of breath?

  • Have you had close contact with someone who has a confirmed case of coronavirus (COVID-19)?

  • Have you travelled overseas in the last 14 days?

  • Have you been to any COVID-19 hotspots in the last 14 days?

 

If you need to cancel or change your booking due to COVID-19 we are happy to do this at no charge.

 

If you experience any symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough or shortness of breath during your stay please notify management immediately so that we can take appropriate measures.
